At Urban Frontierz, we value our clients' time and ask that our time is respected too. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled regular clean are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the total fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at 100% of the total fee.

If on arrival we cannot gain access to the property this will be treated as a no show. If access has been arranged via a key, the key must be left in the agreed location. If we arrive and the key is not there, we will allow a maximum of 10 minutes for access to be provided - this time will be taken off the cleaning time. If we are still unable to gain access after 10 minutes, the appointment will be treated as a no show and the full booking fee will be payable.

For regular cleans, payment is due on the day of your scheduled clean and must be received by 11:59pm on the same day.

For deep cleans, a 25% non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due within 5 working days of completion of the clean.

If a deep clean is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, the deposit will be refunded in full. If a deep clean is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Reminders will be sent for any late payments and no subsequent cleans will take place until any money owed has been paid. 

Urban Frontierz may take before and after photos during cleans to showcase our work online and on social media. 

​

Wherever possible, photos will not include personal belongings, family photographs, paperwork or anything that could identify your home.
